




**Junior Cook** **Responsibilities:** Prepare the dishes on the day's menu, based on received work orders, by cooking, grilling, and baking food items. Ensure the quality of food items in the area, verifying expiration dates and storage conditions. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Gastronomy is desirable. Food preparation, sanitation, and storage techniques; knowledge and application of good practices for food handling and personal hygiene; knowledge and application of food safety best practices.
