RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and people management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Manage accounts payable and receivable. Perform financial entries in the system (inflows, outflows, expenses, and revenues). Verify and organize invoices, bank slips, and payment receipts. Assist in cash flow control by monitoring the store's financial transactions. Conduct bank reconciliations. Issue bank slips, receipts, and financial reports. Monitor sales collections (cash, credit/debit card, PIX, installment plans). Support delinquency control. Organize and archive physical and digital financial documents. Support accounting by submitting documents and information. Perform other duties related to the position. Previous experience as a Financial Assistant, Accounting Assistant, Financial Intern, or Administrative Finance Support may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
