Requirements: * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in information technology-related fields; * Prior experience in end-user technical support; * Knowledge of Windows operating systems; * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Certifications in specific technologies will be considered a plus.
