**Position: Junior HR Analyst** **Job Description** We are seeking a Junior HR Analyst to work with one of our clients located in Manaus/AM, focusing operationally on supporting Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Internal Marketing activities. This professional will contribute to executing agile, well-organized processes with clear communication, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees, while also supporting the reinforcement of company culture, organizational climate, and sustainable business growth. **Responsibilities** * Conduct operational and administrative Recruitment and Selection processes, from job requisition alignment through to process closure; * Perform candidate screening, scheduling, interviews, test administration, and feedback delivery; * Support the organization of internal and external training programs; * Identify training needs in collaboration with departments and organize relevant information for leadership; * Design and implement internal marketing and internal communication initiatives; * Maintain internal visual identity standards across all communications; * Update departmental controls, spreadsheets, KPIs, and reports; * Support administrative routines within the HR department. **Requirements** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Full-time on-site availability; * Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; * Familiarity with Training and Development and Internal Marketing; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, good interpersonal relationships, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
