Description

Job Summary: A finance professional to manage cash flow, accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance, as well as provide strategic consulting and investment evaluation. Key Highlights: 1. Complete cash flow and corporate finance management 2. Strategic analysis of costs, investments, and tax planning 3. Preparation of financial statements and performance reports * Daily cash flow management, including receipts and payments; * Cash flow forecasting to ensure necessary liquidity; * Verification and correction of discrepancies between accounting records and bank statements; * Include yesterday's receipts (all accounts with transactions: Pagar\-me, Sicredi, Mercado Pago, Stripe, Cash, Zelle, Nomad, Venmo, Wise); * Send the Daily Cash Spreadsheet to the Finance Group; * Record all company financial transactions; * Detailed analysis of operational costs, including vehicle maintenance and administrative expenses; * Periodic preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc); * Management of all accounts payable and receivable, including invoice issuance and collection of overdue payments; * Development and monitoring of the company's annual budget; * Continuous evaluation of financial performance, including budget variance analysis; * Assessment of investment opportunities and planning for acquisition of new vehicles; * Management of vehicle insurance and other company assets; * Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations; * Definition and review of pricing policies for vehicle rentals; * Administration of client contracts, including negotiation of terms and conditions; * Planning and execution of funding strategies, including loans and bond issuance; * Efficient tax structuring to minimize tax burden; * Ensure all tax obligations are fulfilled correctly and on time; * Preparation and submission of all required tax declarations; * Conduct periodic internal audits to verify integrity of financial processes; * Strategic advisory on decisions, including mergers and acquisitions; * Financial feasibility studies for new projects or business expansion; * Present weekly and monthly reports with results and outlook for upcoming days regarding services provided; * Contribute to promoting the organization's culture (Mission, Vision, and Values) of the HIRING COMPANY; * Meet goals established by the HIRING COMPANY. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
