




Support recruitment and selection activities, as well as perform administrative tasks within the Human Resources department, contributing to the attraction, onboarding, and efficient management of people at Engemasa. **Main Responsibilities:** **Recruitment and Selection:** * Publish job openings on appropriate channels (websites, social media, recruitment platforms, etc.); * Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates; * Conduct initial interviews (in-person or virtual), applying behavioral tests and assessments when necessary; * Support managers during the final stages of the selection process; * Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection and coordination with the Payroll & Benefits team; * Monitor the onboarding period for new employees. **HR Administrative Activities:** * Update HR performance tracking spreadsheets (turnover, hires, average time-to-hire, etc.); * Support the organization of training sessions, internal events, and internal marketing initiatives; * Control and archive HR-related documents; * Provide support for electronic timekeeping and benefits administration, in coordination with the Payroll & Benefits team; * Assist employees with inquiries regarding HR processes. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Prior experience in recruiting and selecting operational and administrative positions; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR procedures; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – basic/intermediate level); * Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Gupy, Indeed, InfoJobs, etc.). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Clear and objective communication; * Organization and attention to detail; * Discretion and ethical conduct; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
