Opportunity to suggest improvements to financial and control processes. **Summary of Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate budget planning and monitor project financial execution; * Prepare comparative and analytical cost reports by project, cost center, and department; * Perform and review allocations of administrative and operational costs; * Produce financial reporting documents according to funder requirements (governmental, foundations, international agencies, etc.); * Verify payroll and proper allocation across projects and cost centers; * Design, review, and maintain the institution’s cost center matrix, ensuring alignment across ERP systems; * Collaborate with project teams, financial reporting, accounting, and audit departments; * Suggest improvements to financial processes, systems, and control practices; * Conduct feasibility studies and analyses for new organizational projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and aligned with strategic priorities; * Facilitate effective communication with donors, funders, and other stakeholders regarding financial reporting matters, responding to inquiries and providing transparent information; * Conduct financial analyses and periodic reviews to identify areas for improvement or opportunities to enhance efficiency in financial reporting processes; * Develop and monitor performance indicators for the Administrative and Financial Department; * Consolidate and analyze managerial reports and financial statements for senior leadership; * Support financial reporting processes with public agencies and institutional partners; * Support the development of financial policies and procedures. **Required Qualifications for Selection Process:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Cost Control, preferably within Third Sector organizations; * Experience with medium- and large-sized organizations; * Knowledge of accounting and cost standards; * Experience with financial reporting, audits, and budget management. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; **Desirable Qualifications for Selection Process:** * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in Controllership, Finance, Cost Management, Third Sector Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI); * ERP systems (e.g., Totvs, Radar, etc.); * Familiarity with financial performance indicators; * Knowledge of legislation applicable to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and management contracts; * Familiarity with payroll processing and labor-related charges. **The selection process will consist of three stages, each being eliminatory:** 1.
