Strong communication and project management skills, including experience acting as Job Leader for contracts. Must hold a completed degree in Civil Engineering and possess at least one postgraduate qualification; * Proven experience in the Industrial sector on medium- and large-scale Civil projects, such as mining; * Proven experience in 3D project environments, preferably having developed projects using Autodesk software; * Direct involvement in developing work plans or proposals, design review meetings for projects, and client meetings; * Participation in developing detailed engineering schedules and commitment to meeting deadlines; * Expertise in preparing and applying project standards, ensuring their consistent implementation; * Willingness to travel and conduct field surveys. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** A distinct advantage is prior training, proficiency, or hands-on experience with the BIM platform—including Autodesk AC suite software. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Availability for fully on-site work. * Remuneration offered on a global fee basis. Includes conceptual, basic, and detailed design, field surveys, and all other related project activities. * Development of structural concrete design calculations, calculation reports, technical specifications, field survey reports, work plans, etc. * Project coordination with internal teams and clients (in the role of Job Leader). * Review of designs prepared by civil designers, as well as verification of technical documentation related to industrial civil projects. * Attention to company objectives, deadlines, and other commitments made to all stakeholders (other disciplines, management, and clients) **Grow with us!**
