For us, your talent is what counts! **\#joinSNX** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What you’ll do:** * Support the collection and organization of relevant company data for monitoring internal metrics; * Update spreadsheets and dashboards with periodic information; * Assist in creating and maintaining reports, contributing to data consolidation across different departments; * Participate in meetings with stakeholders (internal and external), alongside more experienced analysts, to present data, understand needs, and support demand identification; * Help identify patterns or variations in data and share these observations with the Data team; * Contribute to the team on tasks related to operational capacity and demand predictability, applying predictive analytics concepts in practice. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Currently pursuing a degree in STEM fields, Technology, Data Science, or related disciplines. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Basic knowledge of SQL. * Programming logic. *Preferred qualifications:* * Knowledge of DAX and Power BI. * M language (Power Query). * Python (data manipulation and analysis). * Good documentation practices. * Experience with tools such as Trello, Git, Confluence, Notion, or similar. **Soft Skills:** * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability. * Organization. * Strong communication skills. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Adaptability. **Additional Information** Beyond an excellent work environment, here you can also grow and thrive!
