If you are someone who recognizes the value of caring for Brazilians and wants to grow with Caixa Vida e Previdência, come join us — the doors are open. **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be responsible for:** * Leading teams that manage IT infrastructure environments supporting various business areas and their applications; * Coordinating IT infrastructure teams to ensure incidents are resolved efficiently within established timeframes; * Organizing root cause analysis and incident investigations, planning and overseeing implementation of corrective actions; * Leading projects for implementation and replacement of technologies related to servers, telecommunications, databases, and cybersecurity components; * Supervising installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, storage devices, and security infrastructure; * Participating in selection and implementation of new technologies and improvements to existing infrastructure; * Conducting capacity analysis to forecast and plan future requirements; * Supporting operational continuity and disaster recovery plans; * Developing and maintaining backup and recovery plans; * Monitoring execution of third-party contracts related to activities under the management’s responsibility, verifying compliance with service level agreements; * Supporting internal and independent IT audits when required; * Maintaining updated procedural manuals and operational forms to accurately reflect current operations directly or indirectly related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience leading technical teams; * Skills to delegate and monitor activities across multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of public and private cloud administration; * Experience leading on-premise to cloud migration projects; * Knowledge of networking and connectivity (LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, Wi-Fi); * Familiarity with physical and virtual server administration, including virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V); * Operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Unix); * Data storage (SAN, NAS, DAS) and backup and recovery technologies; * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle OCI); * Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and other network security tools; * Scripting and automation knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash); * Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases; * Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, preferably ServiceNow; * Capacity planning and forecasting infrastructure growth; * Execution of infrastructure upgrade, migration, and implementation projects; * Ability to lead crisis rooms and clearly and objectively report incidents and crises; * Skill to quickly diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure problems; * Ability to manage technological changes and handle crises or unexpected events; * Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and ITIL; * Knowledge of budget management, CAPEX, and OPEX. **Additional Information** **These are our benefits:** **Profit Sharing** After meeting targets, we deserve an additional payment, right? **Flexible Hours** You may arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and leave between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. **Meal and Food Allowance** One card for groceries and another for lunch with coworkers.
