Analyze markets and strategies—both client-facing and internal—to ensure business sustainability. Monitor and conduct sharp analysis of markets and information within the scope of corn and sorghum to enable more assertive decision-making and positioning, as well as possess the ability to discuss regional strategies with managers and trading teams. Prospect potential clients and retain existing clients, increasing Bunge’s market share within the portfolio. Coordinate and train commercial analysts and ensure strong performance and results delivery from these team members. Collaborate with multiple integrated departments (Credit, Logistics, Trading, Market Intelligence, Raw Materials, Origination Sales, and other Sales teams) to optimize workflows. Serve as a reference point in the corn market for the origination team and other departments. Possess technical knowledge to offer value-added tools and services provided by the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* The professional will be responsible for establishing strong commercial relationships focused on major national clients, managing all processes impacting the service and commercialization of Corn and Sorghum.
+ Monitoring and management of logistics, withdrawal deadlines, and payments.
+ Preparation and justification of credit limit requests for clients, plus analysis and management of associated risk.
+ CBOT, B3, Premium, and FX hedging/fixed pricing.
+ Management of Long & Short positions in the sales and origination portfolio.
* Analyze markets and strategies—both client-facing and internal—to ensure business sustainability.
* Monitor and conduct sharp analysis of markets and information within the scope of corn and sorghum to enable more assertive decision-making and positioning, as well as possess the ability to discuss regional strategies with managers and trading teams.
+ Gathering intelligence on customer reach.
+ Gathering intelligence on crop development.
+ Gathering intelligence on long & short positions held by other market participants.
* Prospect potential clients and retain existing clients, increasing Bunge’s market share within the portfolio.
+ Maintain regular travel and commercial visits to prospect new clients and retain existing ones.
+ Work closely with the origination team and coordinate regional pricing related to the domestic corn and sorghum markets.
* Coordinate and train commercial analysts and ensure strong performance and results delivery from these team members.
+ Strong people coordination and management skills.
+ Conduct training sessions.
* Collaborate with multiple integrated departments (Credit, Logistics, Trading, Market Intelligence, Raw Materials, Origination Sales, and other Sales teams) to optimize workflows.
* Serve as a reference point in the corn market for the origination team and other departments.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields;
* Knowledge and experience in Agribusiness;
* Sales techniques;
* Negotiation techniques;
* Experience working with FRM, Credit, Sustainability, and Frame – Component pricing;
* End-to-end experience (Credit, Logistics, Trading, Market Intelligence, Raw Materials, Origination Sales, and other Sales teams);
* Experience with CBOT, B3, Premium, and FX hedging/fixed pricing;
* Management of Long & Short positions in the sales and origination portfolio;
* Knowledge of the domestic market for corn and sorghum;
* Intermediate English;
* Willingness to travel.
