Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Position Objective Execute and monitor operational supply activities for sanitation projects, supporting procurement processes, material control, contracts, and logistics—ensuring efficiency, traceability, and adherence to project schedules. Main Responsibilities Request quotations for materials, equipment, and services; Prepare comparative price and commercial condition charts; Support negotiations with suppliers; Issue purchase orders and track them through to delivery; Monitor supplier delivery timelines and ensure compliance with project schedules; Update and maintain supplier databases; Support inventory control and material movement; Verify invoices and delivery documents; Record and update information in systems (ERP, spreadsheets, etc.); Support the supply engineer in contract and KPI management; Interact with warehouse, planning, engineering, and finance departments; Support resolution of delivery or quality discrepancies; Provide administrative support for the supply department; Assist in organizing documents and contracts; Provide logistical support for material transportation and distribution; Collaborate on inventories and audits; Support standardization of procurement processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree (Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields); Experience in procurement or supply operations; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Process organization and control skills; Proficiency with systems and recordkeeping. **Additional Information** Meal Voucher Breakfast Voucher Transportation Voucher / or Fuel Allowance Life Insurance Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in the restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial construction, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation projects and services, among others.
