Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring worker safety and health by managing risks, investigating incidents, and monitoring safety programs. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on worker integrity and legal compliance Join Us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare monthly QSMS reports; Participate in client meetings; Review and approve third-party documentation; Inspect work areas and sites to verify proper use of PPE, unsafe acts, and hazardous conditions related to safety and the environment, promoting continuous process improvement, as well as distributing safety equipment and ensuring its correct use by employees; Investigate incident causes through environmental analysis and data collection regarding the occurrence; Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and service providers to orient them on company standards and procedures; Monitor CIPA, PGR, and PCMSO programs, as well as track implementation and application of control measures to ensure compliance with legislation and worker integrity. Ensure compliance with Brazilian Labor Legislation (NRs – Regulatory Standards) and monitor the work environment for activities performed by employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum 3 years’ experience in sanitation and/or civil construction is preferred. Completed occupational safety technician course, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). Proactivity, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure.
