Since 2019, we have been part of the QIMA group. **Job Description** * Support recruitment and selection processes (scheduling interviews and contacting candidates); * Assist in onboarding new employees; * Provide support for HR administrative routines (document control, filing, and spreadsheets); * Support timekeeping, vacation tracking, and benefits administration; * Assist in training and development initiatives; * Support internal communication and endomarketing activities; * Update departmental KPIs and reports; * Respond to employees’ basic inquiries. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields**; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized with attention to detail; * Interest in learning about HR operations. **Additional Information** Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with HR information systems; * Prior internship experience or administrative work; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
