




Job Summary: This internship provides operational support to the sales and administrative teams, focusing on customer portfolio management, lead qualification, and document organization. Document organization and team support. • Operational support to the brokerage’s sales and administrative teams. • Daily monitoring of the renewal customer portfolio, updating client records, collecting and organizing documentation, sending relationship communications, and verifying quotations before submission to clients. • Receiving and qualifying leads received via WhatsApp, website, referrals, and partnerships; initial collection of prospect information; system registration; assignment to the responsible broker; follow\-up on pending proposals. • Maintaining spreadsheets and databases for commercial partners, recording contacts, visits, and activities. • Organizing physical and digital documents, verifying invoices, processing commission payments, and providing ad-hoc team support.
