




**Mapping and analysis of production processes:** Identify, map, and document production process flows, identifying bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement; Develop and maintain up-to-date workflow diagrams and work instructions. **Time and motion studies (time study):** Conduct time and motion measurements on production lines; Standardize work methods to ensure safety, ergonomics, and operational efficiency; Update standard times and line balancing according to changes in layout or process. **Process development and optimization:** Propose process improvements based on analyses of productivity, quality, and costs; Participate in continuous improvement projects (lean, kaizen, 5S, among others). **Support to Production Planning and Control (PPC):** Provide technical data for productive capacity planning; Contribute time-and-method information for lead time calculation, sequencing, and machine loading; Validate processes for new products or engineering changes, ensuring production feasibility. **Layout and production flow management:** Develop and review factory layouts to optimize material and personnel flow; Support the definition of physical arrangements that enhance productivity and safety. **Integration with related departments:** Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Occupational Safety; Participate in planning meetings, failure analysis sessions, and strategic decision-making for the production area. **Report and indicator development:** Develop KPIs related to process efficiency; Present technical reports and analysis results to leadership.
