Technical support in resolving tool-related issues **About the Area:** * Tooling engineering focuses on manufacturing solutions for tooling used in structural assembly, final assembly, and primary parts. * Sustaining and development of tooling for serial programs and new initiatives. * Involvement in all stages of product development and industrialization, delivering integrated, innovative, and sustainable solutions **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Drafting technical specifications for manufacturing tooling development. * Participating in design reviews to ensure projects align with process, safety, and quality requirements. * Overseeing tooling fabrication, try-out, and validation with external suppliers. * Specifying and managing corrective and preventive maintenance for in-use tooling. * Providing technical support to Production, Processes, and Quality teams in resolving tool-related issues. * Creating technical documentation: instructions, reports, checklists, and acceptance appendices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Meet This Challenge, You Must Have:** * Technical education in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Processes, Toolmaking**, or related fields. * Active CFT (Brazilian Technical Certification) or eligibility to obtain it; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, sheet metal); * CAD knowledge for project analysis; * Knowledge of failure analysis. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience with aerospace or high-precision tooling; * Background in the aerospace industry; * Experience working with tooling suppliers; * Knowledge of GD&T; * Familiarity with aerospace standards (AS9100); * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; **Additional Information** On-site work model in **Botucatu/SP**. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccine Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
