




Description: * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Preferred: prior experience providing customer service in a hospital setting; * Deliver material and medication requests to respective floors, placing time-specific requests in patient drawers at nursing stations, and delivering urgent, psychotropic, and high-alert medication requests directly to nursing staff (documenting receipt in the system). * Transport specific medications—including high-alert medications, chemotherapy agents, controlled substances, and refrigerated medications—according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); for manually written prescriptions, request prescription forms for controlled substances and verify whether the prescription is a DAV (Drug Authorization Voucher). * Collect requests from nursing stations (e.g., medical prescriptions, non-standardized medication orders, parenteral nutrition prescriptions, chemotherapy prescriptions, and other items destined for the Pharmacy). * Retrieve return requests from nursing stations, according to the return report. * Check expiration dates of materials and sanitize designated areas per the monthly cleaning schedule. * Deliver documents to departments and document receipt. * Sort fulfilled requests by time and floor. * Verify items against the quota list and store them appropriately. * Prepare kits to expedite dispensing. Count diaper kits for inventory control. * Perform external tasks (e.g., purchasing medications at pharmacies, delivering and retrieving documents and products, and borrowing items from hospitals). * Forward Prescription Types A and B to respective departments upon request; carry the registration and verification logbook. * Assist with unit-dose packaging of diapers and high-alert medications. * Dispose of outdated files containing confidential information in a manner that prevents identification of HIS and/or patient data. * Assist with daily counts and inventory audits.
