Collaborative work with maintenance teams and sector organization Adeste, a market leader in food, health, and animal nutrition, is seeking a **Utilities Technician** to join our team! **What do we expect from you?** We seek professionals with drive and an owner's mindset, committed to achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities and Duties** What will be your responsibilities and challenges? * Ensure continuous and efficient operation of industrial utility systems through equipment monitoring, operation, and maintenance—including preventive, corrective, and predictive activities—with emphasis on safety, quality, sustainability, and plant productivity support. * Responsible for operation and monitoring of industrial utility systems and boiler operation. \- Perform maintenance on compressors, compressed air systems, water, and steam systems. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and facilities to ensure continuous and safe plant operation. * Perform welding services on structures and piping, as well as minor painting and building conservation repairs, contributing to the physical integrity of systems and technical areas. * Comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations, maintaining up-to-date operational records. * Collaborate with maintenance teams, prioritizing cleanliness, organization, and optimal sector functionality. **Requirements and Qualifications** What will we evaluate? * Knowledge of boiler, compressor, compressed air, water, and steam system operation and maintenance; welding techniques; instrument and technical diagram reading; safety regulations (NR\-13, NR\-35); and preventive and corrective maintenance practices; * Completed NR13 training—mandatory for boiler operation; * Completed electric welding, MIG/MAG, and TIG training; * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering preferred—ongoing or completed. **Additional Information** **Where will you work?** We have 8 locations, but this position will be based at the **Botucatu site**. **We value diversity and strive to foster an inclusive culture.
