Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance plans, mechanical and/or electrical maintenance services, daily operations, and scheduled shutdowns; * Analyze failures in production machinery and equipment; * Develop new suppliers and assess the need to purchase replacement parts; * Promote optimization of key performance indicators such as: ICPOS (Work Order Schedule Compliance), ICPHH (Man-Hour Planning Compliance), IHHMP (Index of Man-Hours Executed in Planned Maintenance), and Backlog; * Implement visual management to communicate key aspects of the industrial maintenance process; * Understand availability metrics based on MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair); * Mandatory knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Project; * Cost management. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering, or related fields; * SAP knowledge (PM module); * Advanced Office suite proficiency. **Additional information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
