Key Responsibilities and Activities: Masonry Activities * Perform masonry repairs and construction: laying blocks, plastering, leveling, screeding, and small structural elements. * Repair ceramic tile claddings, flooring, stone, and baseboards. * Light demolition and removal of claddings. * Repair cracks, fissures, and other damage to walls and structures. * Basic interpretation of sketches, drawings, and work instructions. Painting Activities * Prepare surfaces (cleaning, correction, sanding, application of filler, sealer, and primer). * Perform interior and exterior painting on walls, ceilings, metal structures, and wood. * Apply various types of finishes: textured coatings, epoxy paint, synthetic enamel, varnish, etc. * Perform corrections and touch-ups on worn areas. Drainage System Maintenance * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on the plant’s drainage system. * Clean and unclog inspection chambers, manholes, gutters, and storm drains. * Remove solid waste, sediments, and materials obstructing water flow. * Inspect grates, covers, pipes, and associated drainage system structures. * Support periodic inspections and report any non-conformities identified.
