The Avaré/SP unit plays a strategic role in the company’s operations—especially in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Service—providing a structured, collaborative, and results-oriented environment with real opportunities for learning and professional growth. **Key responsibilities include**: * Extracting data from the SAP system and processing, consolidating, and analyzing information using Power BI, advanced Excel, and VBA; * Updating daily the Customer Service, Transportation, and Logistics BI dashboards; * Monthly updating of the department’s KPIs in the Supply Chain dashboard and preparing materials for weekly meetings; * Analyzing performance indicators related to customer service, freight, service level, delivery timelines, and operational performance, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities; * Conducting financial and operational feasibility studies for departmental projects; * Proposing continuous improvements to logistics processes, focusing on cost reduction, service level enhancement, and greater managerial visibility; * Identifying opportunities for innovation and automation of reports and metrics. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, VBA, SAP system, and automation; * Analytical, detail-oriented, focused, discreet, and goal-driven profile; * Prior experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Customer Service is not required (though considered a plus); * Familiarity with TMS systems is desirable; * Interest in working with goals and metrics; * Strong oral and written communication skills. **Compensation**: * Fixed salary. **Benefits**: * Life insurance; * Meal allowance of R$350; * Chartered transportation; * On-site cafeteria; * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Working Hours**: * Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, with time tracking and hour bank.
