**\*Responsibilities:\*** * Receive orders via email, B2B portal, ERP system, or sales representatives. Validate order data (customer, CNPJ, address, items, prices, delivery terms). Register orders in the management system (ERP). * Verify available credit balance (for credit sales); * Perform inventory analysis and identify orders for BILLING or PRODUCTION. * Generate picking lists for the logistics/warehouse department. Prioritize shipments according to route and order urgency. Group orders to optimize load assembly and freight costs. * Issue sales invoices in the ERP system (NFe/NFCe). * Verify tax and fiscal data (CFOP, CST, tax rates, ST, etc.). * Generate bank slips (boletos), DANFE, and other transport documents. * Negotiate and schedule pickups with carriers. * Track carrier delivery status to customers, updating the Order Tracking record in Bitrix. * Participate in inventories and stock adjustments when required. * Perform other administrative support tasks as needed. **\*Requirements:\*** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Previous experience in billing, preferably within an industrial environment. **\*Benefits:\*** * Base salary + variable compensation. * R$ 600.00 on average (varies according to number of days in the month) — meal voucher/food allowance; * Pharmacy benefits plan (discount on medication purchases); * UNIODONTO dental plan (co-payment, effective after probation period); * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 — 1 hour 12 minutes lunch break; * Address: Av.
