ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST

Description

We are seeking a professional with an **analytical, technical, and autonomous** profile, capable of independently managing administrative, financial, and operational routines, ensuring organization, control, and management support. **Responsibilities and duties** * Execute and monitor general administrative routines * Perform financial control (accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, reconciliations) * Manage and organize physical and digital documents * Support management with reports, KPIs, and process monitoring * Execute HR department routines (payroll, vacations, time tracking, hiring, and terminations) * Monitor and control internal processes with a focus on organization and efficiency * Utilize ERP systems for information control and registration * Address day-to-day operational and administrative issues **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Administration, Accounting, or related fields) * Proven experience in the administrative field * Experience in financial and HR department routines * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, or similar) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented profile * Ability to work autonomously and with strong organizational skills Preferred qualifications: * Experience handling multiple routines (finance + HR + administration) * Knowledge of process improvement * Experience in dynamic and operational environments **Additional information** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Life insurance Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in the restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial projects, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
