




Assist in monitoring and submitting labor force control reports (headcount); Assist in requesting and verifying monthly documents from contractors; Assist in registering third-party employees on the intranet and attaching all documentation; Assist with meal operations in the cafeteria when necessary; Place meal orders and manage meals for all site employees based on requests and/or emails; Perform monthly meal closing; Assist with HR routines at the construction site and central office; Assist in registering access cards and managing system updates for the turnstile; Issue and send transfer letters, activate and deactivate employees, and provide daily feedback on personnel movements to the central team; Assist in requesting and reviewing the FP Summary Report for all contractors opting for the ADTF benefit ("Payroll Advance"), keeping the Site Administrative and Financial Supervisor informed of each situation; Assist in organizing the physical filing of HR documents for the construction site.
