Job Summary: The Housekeeper will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and executing domestic routines in a high-standard family residence, ensuring full functionality and quality. Perform operational tasks in cleaning, cooking, laundry, and organization The Housekeeper will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and executing domestic routines in a high-standard family residence located near the reservoir in Avaré, guaranteeing full residential functionality, high quality standards, hygiene, and organization. In addition to team management, the Housekeeper will also perform operational duties whenever necessary, getting directly involved in daily activities. We are seeking an organized and meticulous individual. A vehicle departs from Arandu and passes through Avaré to transport staff to and from work. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage, guide, and supervise housekeeping and cooking staff, ensuring alignment of routines, quality standards, efficiency, and good performance; * Ensure overall household organization, including cleaning, maintenance, cooking, and clothing care; * Directly perform operational tasks when necessary (cleaning, cooking, laundry, and organization); * Monitor appropriate use of products, utensils, and equipment; * Ensure proper functioning and correct usage of household and industrial appliances; * Support the family in household organization, anticipating needs and resolving daily demands. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a housekeeper in private households; * Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; * Knowledge of and familiarity with modern household appliances; * Proficiency in operating industrial equipment (laundry, kitchen, etc.); * Basic computer skills (research, inquiries, and simple app usage); * Availability to work on weekends and perform overtime when required. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Weekends: 7:00 AM to 6:00/7:00 PM * Approximately 2 weekends per month **Compensation and Benefits** * R$4,000.00 * Meals provided on-site
