The work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented, encouraging continuous learning, cross-departmental knowledge sharing, and professional development. **Job Responsibilities** * Edit institutional, educational, and informative videos for various digital platforms; * Organize and process raw footage, selecting relevant segments for final content composition; * Adapt videos for different formats and platforms (social media, courses, presentations, and institutional materials); * Collaborate closely with the marketing and content production teams to ensure alignment with the communication strategy; * Contribute creative ideas and improvements to the company’s audiovisual production. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (college degree preferred); * Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office suite; * Proven experience in video editing; * Portfolio of completed works for evaluation; * Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, creative, and dynamic profile. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1h12 lunch break **Compensation:** * Fixed CLT salary; * Career development plan.
