You will be responsible for producing texts across various formats and strategies, with an emphasis on clear, engaging, and goal-aligned communication. **Responsibilities:** * Writing blog posts and institutional articles. * Creating copy for infoproduct launches. * Producing social media content. * Supporting marketing campaigns, emails, and promotional materials. * Collaborating with the marketing team to generate ideas and develop content strategies. **Requirements:** * Degree in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Languages, or related fields (recent graduates welcome). * Strong writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt. * Organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail. * Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms. * Basic understanding of digital marketing and agile methodologies. * Prior experience in the field is desirable, especially within a marketing agency. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **Compensation:** * Fixed CLT salary of R$ 3,000; * Career development plan.
