We are expanding our team and seeking a **Talent Recruiter / Headhunter (CLT or PJ)** to perform **professional sourcing and interviews**, aligned with our clients’ job requirements. This person will be a key contributor across **all stages of our selection process**, conducting proactive and strategic talent searches, screening candidates, and ensuring delivery of qualified applicants. We have 1 on-site position (CLT) in Avaré/SP and 1 remote position (PJ) (Brazil). **Responsibilities** * Draft and publish job descriptions on appropriate recruitment channels. * Actively attract candidates matching the profiles of open positions. * Conduct competency-based interviews (technical / behavioral). * Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in the recruitment process. * Send and follow up on satisfaction surveys with clients and candidates. * Develop sourcing strategies, including use of job platforms, social media, and referrals. * Contact professionals directly via phone calls, messages, and emails. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * DISC knowledge and application is a plus; * Prior experience in recruitment; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and creative thinking to explore diverse talent-sourcing approaches; * Ability to establish numerous daily connections—via phone, social media, or digital platforms. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Performance-based bonuses; * Meal allowance, Gympass (CLT regime). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM — 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
