RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS **Your mission within the group will be:** Reporting to the Quality Manager, provide customer service, analyze complaints and warranty issues. Monitor, update and respond to customer quality system reports. Issue quality alerts and monitor internal and customer containment actions. Update customer tracking charts and performance indicators. Conduct internal quality training. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS **For this position, you must have:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, Technologist or related fields; Knowledge of MASP (Problem Analysis and Solution Method); Experience in production processes (project, planning, implementation and validation of new products); Experience in customer and supplier service; Skills in routine management; Availability for travel; Valid driver's license category B; Proficiency in Office Suite. **You stand out if you have:** Two years of experience in quality-related activities.
