We are among the best companies to work for, according to Great Place to Work, and we are seeking focused and engaged partners to join our team! **Job Responsibilities:** Manage a client portfolio with emphasis on relationship-building with senior leadership; Lead and manage the sales process across all stages; Proactively seek new business opportunities in the target market; Engage with business partners, manufacturers, and distributors; Generate account plans, commercial proposals, presentations, and periodic forecast reports. **Education Requirements:** Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration **Years of Experience:** 5 years (minimum) **Behavioral Attributes:** Sales executive to fill the Business Manager position; Dynamic profile and strong interpersonal skills; Consultative sales ability involving hardware, software services, and engineering; Ability to present business-oriented solutions to clients; Prior experience in technology sales. **Languages:** English is a plus **Mandatory Qualifications:** Proven experience in technology and process automation sales; Proven experience serving end customers and managing a client portfolio; Focus on achieving targets; Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales of value-added solutions; Negotiation skills; Ability to collaborate with internal support teams (pre-sales through post-sales); Ability to defend technical/commercial proposals; Legal entity (Pessoa Jurídica); Personal vehicle; **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience in the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) market or print outsourcing. **Working Hours:** Monday through Friday; Business hours.
