Job Responsibilities: * Install and maintain fiber-optic and radio-based internet services for residential and business customers; * Configure routers, switches, and network equipment; * Conduct connection tests and diagnose technical faults to ensure proper service operation; * Install and organize structured cabling (UTP and fiber-optic); * Respond to technical service calls for maintenance, support, and resolution of connectivity issues; * Document and verify completed services through photos and entries in the company’s application. Requirements: * Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining telecommunications networks; * Knowledge of structured cabling (UTP and fiber-optic); * Basic computer skills (equipment configuration and application usage); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) for operating company vehicles; * Availability for travel within the region (Avaré, Arandu, and Itaí); * Proactive, responsible profile with strong communication skills for client interaction. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 * Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 * 1-hour lunch break * Occasional overtime may occur and will be recorded in the time bank.
