Ensure proper functioning of equipment The Housekeeper will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and executing domestic routines for a high-end family residence located near the reservoir in Avaré, ensuring the residence operates fully, maintains high quality, hygiene, and organization. In addition to team management, the Housekeeper will operate hands-on whenever necessary, actively participating in daily tasks. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual. A vehicle departs from Arandu and passes through Avaré to transport staff to and from work. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage, guide, and supervise domestic staff and cooks, ensuring alignment of routines, quality standards, efficiency, and strong performance; * Ensure overall residence organization, including cleaning, maintenance, kitchen operations, and laundry care; * Directly perform operational tasks as needed (cleaning, cooking, laundry, and organizing); * Monitor appropriate use of products, utensils, and equipment; * Ensure proper functioning and correct usage of household appliances and industrial equipment; * Support the family in home organization by anticipating needs and resolving daily demands. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a housekeeper in private households; * Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; * Knowledge of and familiarity with modern household appliances; * Proficiency in operating industrial equipment (laundry, kitchen, etc.); * Basic computer skills (online research, inquiries, and simple app usage); * Availability to work on weekends and perform overtime when required. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Weekends: 7:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM * Approximately 2 weekends per month **Compensation and Benefits** * R$4,000.00 * Meals provided on-site Employment Type: Permanent CLT Payment: R$4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
