* Manage daily operations of the Auto Center, ensuring smooth functioning * Supervise and lead team of mechanics, consultants, and administrative staff * Control inventory of parts and supplies * Implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty * Monitor performance indicators and take corrective actions * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Attend to customers, resolve inquiries, and handle possible complications. * Manage the unit’s financial flow * Prior experience in Auto Center management, mechanical workshop, or automotive retail is a plus * Technical knowledge of automotive services is a plus * Negotiation skills and results-oriented focus. * Strong communication and customer service skills.
