We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Manager to lead the sales team at a vehicle dealership. The dealership features a robust digital operation, significant investment in marketing, and a strong focus on growth. **Key responsibilities include:** * Opening and closing the dealership. * Managing and qualifying daily incoming leads, ensuring a high conversion rate. * Overseeing the entire sales process—from initial contact through to deal closure. * Accurately identifying opportunities for vehicle purchases and trade-ins. * Maintaining active relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Collaborating closely with marketing agencies, including participation in video production, content creation, and ad creative development. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary * Sales commission **Requirements:** * Proven experience in automotive sales (dealership/vehicle store); * Experience as a commercial manager; * Highly commercial, disciplined, and goal-oriented profile; * Knowledge of lead management and proficiency in online sales dynamics; * Comfortable recording videos and participating in marketing materials; * Valid driver’s license (Category B). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday during business hours; Saturdays as needed based on demand.
