Control productivity and support service measurements Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Position Objective Supervise and coordinate construction fronts using Non-Destructive Methods (NDM), with emphasis on Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and compliance with project specifications and technical requirements. Main Responsibilities Coordinate NDM (HDD) execution teams, assign tasks, and monitor production; Supervise pilot hole drilling, reaming, and pipe pulling operations; Ensure correct positioning and alignment according to the project; Monitor operational parameters (torque, pressure, drilling fluid, advance rate); Support field-based route definition and technical solutions; Ensure proper preparation and operation of directional drilling equipment; Supervise HDD site assembly and disassembly; Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations; Identify interferences and risks during execution; Control productivity and support measurement of executed services; Interact with engineering, surveying, and planning departments; Record and report activity progress and incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proven experience with NDM (Non-Destructive Method), especially HDD; Experience leading field teams; Knowledge of directional drill rig operation; Ability to read project drawings and route plans; Experience in sanitation projects (water, sewage, transmission lines); Basic knowledge of occupational safety. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance Breakfast Allowance Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy Life Insurance Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in restoring historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial projects, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
