Job Summary: We are seeking an agile and proactive Purchaser to join our administrative team, responsible for daily agricultural product procurement, supplier negotiation, and inventory control. We are looking for a Purchaser to join our administrative team — an agile, proactive individual with strong negotiation skills. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily procurement of agricultural products, including pesticides, fertilizers, machinery, agricultural implement parts, tractors, office supplies, kitchen supplies, and PPE. * Collect a minimum of three quotations per purchase and submit them for approval in the Totvs system. * Monitor inventory levels, ensure minimum stock levels, and execute emergency purchases when necessary. * Control and record purchases via the system. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal cost and delivery terms. * Maintain effective communication with the manager and other involved departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (completed or in progress) is preferred. * **Prior experience as a purchaser.** * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); familiarity with the **Totvs** system is preferred. * Driver’s license (Class A or B) and personal vehicle. * Strong communication skills, agility, dynamism, and problem-solving ability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute lunch break. **Benefits and Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$ 4,000.00 * Meal allowance: R$ 400.00 * Employment type: **CLT** (formal employment contract registered on the first day of work).
