All our services strictly comply with rigorous protocols aligned with certifications meeting the highest standards in Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health (QSMS) and ESG. **Responsibilities and Duties** Record daily attendance—including employee entry and exit times, absences, and tardiness—monitor overtime hours, and ensure records are ready for HR to finalize payroll processing. Assist in organizing documents such as PPE forms and safety integration records. Document work executed at each job site (e.g., concrete volume, area restored, installed piping). Monitor fuel consumption and productivity of rented or owned equipment. As timekeeper, responsible for closing Service Orders (SOs) and entering data via mobile devices on-site. Collect and consolidate information serving as the basis for monthly measurement; if required, the timekeeper also assists in recording the entry and exit of critical materials to prevent waste. Report inconsistencies between planned and actual execution to site engineers and supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Extremely detail-oriented profile with strong data accuracy focus, and good communication skills to interact effectively with both field teams and management.
