We are looking for an **Operations Analyst** to directly manage and control the truck washing operation, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and outstanding service delivery to a strategic company client. **Main responsibilities** * Manage and monitor the **truck washing operation**, ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards * **Issue and control Service Orders (SO)** * **Issue collection orders**, ensuring alignment with operations and defined deadlines * Conduct and validate **operational checklists** before and after service execution * Issue **technical reports** and service verification reports * Verify performed services, ensuring compliance with the contracted scope * Perform **loading scheduling** * Monitor **loading and unloading processes**, ensuring organization, deadlines, and operational fluidity * Act as the **direct responsible for a key client’s operation**, ensuring service delivery, control, and efficient communication * Interface with operational teams, logistics, and the client **Requirements** * Experience in **operations, logistics, or operational management** * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility * Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships * Knowledge of issuing SOs, collection orders, reports, and operational control * Proficiency in basic computer tools (Excel, operating systems) **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in **fleet operations, logistics, or industrial services** * Experience in serving and managing **strategic clients** **Behavioral profile** * Proactivity * Analytical ability * Results- and quality-oriented * Operational profile with process-oriented vision Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
