Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute occupational nursing routines at the clinic/occupational health unit. * Conduct patient reception, triage, nursing care, documentation, and worker guidance. * Support and implement PCMSO (Occupational Health Program) initiatives: campaigns, health surveillance, case follow-up, and referrals. * Manage immunizations and preventive actions (planning, execution, and documentation). * Manage clinic supplies (medications and materials), including expiration dates and organization. * Respond to on-site emergencies/urgent cases per established protocols and guide referral pathways. * Maintain high-quality, confidential records and support reporting/indicators. * Collaborate with EHS, HR, and Occupational Physicians for analysis and continuous improvement. * Manage absenteeism and return-to-work processes (in partnership with physicians/HR). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing + active COREN registration. * Postgraduate specialization in Occupational Nursing.
