An IT infrastructure professional responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security, and stability of customers' and CNS's infrastructure through monitoring, maintenance, and system management.

**Job Objective:**
Support and ensure that customers' and CNS's infrastructure operates efficiently, securely, and stably.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Server Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor server performance, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure service availability.
* Network Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure—including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs—to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
* Information Security: Implement and manage security policies such as access control, encryption, and protection against cyber threats. Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
* Technical Support: Provide second- or third-level technical support to resolve complex infrastructure-related issues, assisting other departments within the company.
* Backup and Data Recovery: Manage backup routines, ensure data integrity, and implement disaster recovery plans.
* Project Planning and Implementation: Participate in planning and executing infrastructure projects, such as migrations, hardware and software upgrades, or network expansions.
* Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for IT infrastructure, including network topologies, system configurations, and recovery procedures.
* IT Resource Management: Monitor usage of IT resources—such as storage and processing capacity—and recommend acquisitions or upgrades when necessary.
* Process Automation: Develop scripts and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
* Vendor Collaboration: Work with technology vendors for procurement of hardware, software, and services, as well as coordinate technical support and maintenance contracts.
**Requirements**
Academic background in related fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar disciplines.
Experience in systems administration, networking, or IT infrastructure, preferably in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization, data storage, network protocols, and information security technologies.
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network\+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
