We specialize in horizontal and vertical road signage as well as road construction projects across Brazil. **SINASC job openings are also available for persons with disabilities (PCD).** We are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant**, whose main responsibilities will include: * Archiving, organizing, and controlling physical and digital employee documents, ensuring proper storage and traceability of information; * Providing assistance and support for timekeeping-related tasks, including monitoring the submission, receipt, and verification of duly signed timesheets; * Preparing payroll timesheet reports for employees on vacation or those who have requested termination of employment; * Sorting and organizing timesheets of former employees to support judicial proceedings; * Registering facial recognition data in the headquarters’ electronic time clock system; * Collecting employee signatures on timesheets at the headquarters; * Monitoring and responding to messages received via WhatsApp and e-mail related to these tasks; * Verifying and validating locations (regions) registered in the electronic time clock system; * Updating employee records—including address, dependents, bank account details, and other information; * Supporting the team in administrative routines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and process compliance. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a degree program in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$35.00 per working day (not deducted from payroll); * Transportation voucher or Fuel allowance (not deducted from payroll); * Common area for rest and relaxation; * Kitchenette equipped with microwave and refrigerator; * Free parking; * Life insurance: R$8.33 (deducted from payroll).
