Operate the composting unit, carrying out and overseeing routine processes, guiding machine operators and other staff on technical and operational procedures, ensuring proper execution of stages including material reception, mixing, windrow formation, turning, moisture control, and maturation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze the composting process daily, including temperature, moisture, aeration, and windrow development. * Keep laboratory records up to date. * Monitor and record operational indicators, maintaining spreadsheets or systems updated. * Conduct visual and operational inspections to ensure compliance with technical and environmental standards. * Support coordination in organizing work fronts, prioritizing tasks, and communicating with the operations team. * Ensure adherence to safety regulations and good environmental practices within the composting area. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree, preferably in Environmental Science, Agronomy, Chemistry, Environmental Management, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of operational routines and process control. * Prior experience in composting, solid waste management, agricultural operations, or field-based industrial activities is desirable. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
