Then submit your resume and join our team! \#WeAreTirolez **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and explore customers’ sales potential; * Achieve sales targets, aiming to optimize costs and seeking the highest profitability rate; * Ensure high productivity with profitability and appropriate price bands in negotiations; * Register new product launches and priority product mixes with customers; * Develop and execute JBP and Top 2Top agendas; * Monitor results and performance indicators, and implement corrective adjustments; * Visit customers, understand their complexities, and deliver the required service levels and actions inherent to the business; * Accompany sales executives in the field, encouraging negotiations and disseminating commercial strategies and alignments; * Develop and conduct weekly and monthly check-in meetings with the sales team; * Train, coach, and develop the sales team; * Develop and motivate people according to Tirolez’s values and culture; * Maintain a 360º agenda with all company departments. **Requirements and qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies will be considered an advantage. * Experience: Proven experience managing teams, with a solid track record in the KA channel, preferably within food or consumer goods industries. **Skills/Knowledge:** * Results management; * KPI management; * People management; * Sell-out management **Additional information** **Since we love people here, check out our benefits when you join our team:** * Here, you can use your meal allowance however you prefer—distribute the amount between Meal Voucher and Food Voucher, or choose just one.
