We are looking for a Sales Analyst to directly manage Mercado Livre operations, ensuring listings are up-to-date, attractive, and aligned with the company’s commercial strategies. The professional will be responsible for structuring, monitoring, and optimizing the entire sales journey on the platform, actively contributing to increased conversion rates and improved seller reputation. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and publish new Mercado Livre listings using information and photos provided by the company. * Select and organize images and descriptions clearly, attractively, and in compliance with platform policies. * Ensure all listings are complete, up-to-date, and optimized. * Provide buyer support within the platform, promptly and courteously responding to inquiries and messages. * Monitor performance metrics such as views, questions, sales, and account reputation. * Suggest adjustments to titles, descriptions, and images to increase conversion rates. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience with Mercado Livre or other e-commerce platforms. * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and best practices for online sales. * Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and accountability in managing sales workflows. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with advertisement automation tools (e.g., Mercado Shops, integration spreadsheets, etc.). * Familiarity with SEO principles applied to e-commerce. * Basic image editing knowledge (Photoshop, Canva, or similar). **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM (with possible extensions based on client needs).
