Record defects and classify them according to criticality, proposing appropriate maintenance actions. Prepare sketches and projects for minor works and network maintenance. Conduct safety inspections of field response teams. Perform inspections and validations of safety equipment and materials. Provide support to operational units during contingency situations. Work under on-call duty arrangements. Register defect closures in the GOM system upon field correction. Respond to inquiries from both small and large customers via customer service channels. Technical knowledge of low- and medium-voltage networks; Project development skills; NR10 and NR35 regulations; Familiarity with AUTOCAD and OFFICE suite is desirable.
