Projects such as "Cloud Migration", "Self-Service BI", and "AI Acceleration" will fall under your influence, and your expertise in system integrations will be crucial for enabling communication between data and digital systems—including omnichannel operations. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Define and evolve end-to-end data architecture (ingestion, transformation, storage, semantic layer, and consumption). * Provide technical leadership to the Data Analytics team, guiding best practices, standards, and architectural decisions. * Design and maintain analytical data models (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Marts). * Ensure data quality, governance, security, and observability. * Participate in defining and standardizing the semantic layer (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSAS Tabular). * Support decisions regarding scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency of data solutions. * Lead technical reviews, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and build-vs-buy decisions. * Serve as guardian of best practices in: Version Control (Git); CI/CD for data; Observability and monitoring. * Act as a technical mentor, fostering team growth. **Desired Experience:** * Strong, proven knowledge and experience in Data Warehouse (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI) architecture—preferably based on Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Azure Data Services). * Hands-on experience with integration layers and integration buses (e.g., MuleSoft) to streamline inter-system communication. * Experience leading and organizing technical teams (Data Engineering, BI, Data Science). * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts, Intelligent Agents, and Predictive Vision. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements, Qualifications, Tools, Skills, Courses, and Certifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
