**Responsibilities of the Position**
**What challenges will you face?**
* Clarify technical questions from customers and staff, ensuring accurate and safe information about medications and usage instructions;
* Manage the entry and exit of psychotropic and narcotic medications, in accordance with ANVISA regulations;
* Verify compliance with technical-legal procedures, ensuring adherence to legislation and good practices;
* Coordinate records and handling of technical non-conformities, proposing appropriate and safe solutions;
* Supervise product recalls and conduct product verifications as required by law and operational needs;
* Perform clinical services;
* Participate in routine inventory counts, contributing to store stock control and accuracy.
**Requirements**

* Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy;
* Active Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) registration;
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, according to store scheduling.
