




Job Description * Provide support in Personnel Department routines (inputting information for payroll, time tracking, vacations, terminations). * Register and maintain benefits (Transportation Allowance, Meal/Food Allowance, Health Insurance, etc.). * Keep employee files and records (physical and digital) organized and up to date. * Assist in preparing HR/DP-related internal documents and communications. * Attend to and guide employees on questions regarding benefits, vacations, internal policies, and HR/DP procedures. * Support the organization of internal events. * Mediate and forward employee issues to HR management when necessary. Requirements and Qualifications: * **Education:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Previous experience in administrative tasks or in the Human Resources/Personnel Department area. * **Knowledge:** * Intermediate level in Office Suite (Excel and Word). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (CLT). * Familiarity with HR management and payroll systems is a plus.
