




**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Provide support in resolving customer problems and inquiries; * Assist in issuing documents and certificates; * Support the team in managing and organizing customer service queues; * And other related activities. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently enrolled in High School, or in a Bachelor’s program in Administration, Management Processes, Economics, or Technical Course in Human Resources; * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; * Availability to intern during the morning shift (7:00 AM to 11:00 AM).
